Shop Local...

If your a local Vancouver mama, you should definitely check out BubblesmadeinKorea small shop.

A little excerpt below from the site of what BubblesmadeinKorea is all about

The mission of Bubbles Made in Korea is to make Korean kids fashion accessible to North America and the rest of the world. We support and work with small business owners and designers in Korea closely to ensure the quality and designs are at the highest standard. We are the first to bring a curated collection of colourful and playful fashion for ages 0-8 from South Korea to Vancouver, We believe that every child can use their imagination to mix and match our pieces to form easy to wear outfits. We feature mostly fashion made in Korea, but at times, we select designers and unique brands from around the world for a popup appearance. All our designs are exclusive, seasonal and only available for a limited time to keep up with the fast changing fashion trends in Korea.

I can speak from my kiddos wearing these amazing pieces, that they are so soft, durable and breathable. I have washed it many times and the fabric hasn't shrunk and kept its shape. My little girl especially loves this dress because its so breathable and amazing for this heat wave we are currently having here in British Columbia.

I also have a promo code "MAMA10" to get 10% off your entire order. Go now the site has some amazing deals.

A little side note: Shopping local means more money stays within your community. Every dollar spent generates twice as much income for the local economy and boosting the community as well.

Especially here in BC, we are surrounded by so many small businesses and if you actually follow their story and see how much effort, hard work and dedication into the small shops, why wouldn't we want to support these small businesses. When we support these small shops, we are supporting their families and our local community.

Customers assume that pricing will automatically be higher at a small business vs. a corporate owned store, as well as they dismiss the perks that many small businesses offer such as customer care, inventory assortment and community support.

Thank you for reading along friends. I'd love to hear where is your local small shop and what kind of goodies do you get???
